Im 20.
Im 6ft and Ive put on 10lbs in 6 months. I am now 160lbs...maybe a bit over.
If Im an athlete in alot of sports is this an ideal weight? Im quite cut so ive grown into my body a bit, but should i put on some more upper body strength and power or leave it.
I play sports such as boxing and football (association)My height and weight?
okay containue to exercise. But eat healthy and don't try to gain any more weight.
