I received a mail saying i've won $3 million, is this a spam?

I received this mail yesterday and wondering if its a spam.

edit: If you were the only person who they sent this to (and let's face it there can't be that many people winning 3 mil) they would know your name and country.
Think about it. Did you buy a raffle ticket from South Africa? Did you notice that the information that they ask you for to verify who you are is enough to set up a credit card in your name and really mess up your credit?I received a mail saying i've won $3 million, is this a spam?
Of course it is spam. If you receive any mail from somebody you don't know and offering you money or asking you to make any bank transactions it is spam. be careful.
Sorry friend but there is no Microsoft, Yahoo or other e-mail lottery, it's a scam do not answer do not give personal information.The following sites give more information

Definatly a fraud

How many people do you hear about being scammed out of money just do not reply and report them.
