I would like to know if Manchester United keep the two cups they won recently for good or they have to give them back to Football Association at the begining of the next football seaon and the Champions League cup back to Fifa???
does anoyne out there know........................|||The trophy's will remain in the trophy cabinet for a year unless they win them all again, however after the year they are replaced with replicas. FYI the European Cup is handed back to UEFA and not FIFA.|||Yes they keep their trophies in their cabinets for a year. The trophies of continues tournaments like, Barclay's Cup, FA cup, League Cup and the Champions League cup, may be taken away unless they win all the same cups next year. Winning certain medals, certificates and other awards though are displayed as long as they want to.
Of course I mean, If they were to keep it, there would have been many copies or duplicates of the same cup! ;)
They have to give it back eventually to UEFA or FIFA. If you ask why, it's tradition and the rules.|||THEY ONLY KEEP THEM IF THEY WIN THEM 3 YEARS RUNNING OTHERWISE THEY ARE RETURNED FOR THE NEXT TIME THE COMPETITION STARTS.|||When Liverpool won the Champions League in 2005 they got to keep the trophy because it was the 5th time they'd won it.|||i don't think Man UTD can contuinue anymore they are winning to many trophies|||agree with danjwalk.|||yap im sure....Manchester is the best
