Tennis- Pete Sampras definitely


Golf- would have to be Ernie Els or Sergio Garcia or Vijay Singh|||Foreign means born in a different country.





Seeing people from the US are foreigners, I'll pick Pete Sampras for Tennis and Tiger Woods for Golf. Both good foreign athletes.





As for the other sports, nobody cares about them outside the US, so they don't matter.
