Are there pro scouts in high school soccer?

i wanted to know if there are pro scouts in high school soccer for something like Women's association football|||Most scouts go to USSDA matches, there are a few in HS matches, but most D1 scouts are at Academy matches......|||I'm pretty sure they have scouts for high school hockey and football, but as for soccer... It may not be deemed popular enough to have scouts at smaller cities, but I think they do have scouts for larger schools/cities, or large inter-school tournaments.|||no they just look at your game rating and see how many goals you score. or if your a GK they see how many saves you do and how many goals he let in. and they scout you liek that
